- Do you ship internationally?
- Yes — we ship to more than thirty countries in secure luxury packaging with full tracking and insured transit on every order.
- Can pieces be personalised?
- Most leather goods can be monogrammed or made in a bespoke hide and hardware combination. Lead time is typically three to five weeks.
- How is authenticity documented?
- Every LUR original arrives with a numbered authentication card, branded dust bag and box, and a lifetime care record held by our atelier.
- Do you work with retailers?
